These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pondplay.com (the "Site") operated by PondPlay. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense and, inside catalog games, by the game publisher's network. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the products and services they promote.

The Site and all games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PondPlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any game on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

We may change, suspend or remove any game or feature at any time without notice. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
